1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any class or using any service provided by Mathathon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Class Packs & Payments

All class packs must be paid in full prior to the commencement of classes. Class packs are non-refundable once purchased. In the event of a change in level or programme, a transfer may be arranged at the discretion of the management.

3. Class Attendance & Absences

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may be made up subject to availability and are not automatically refunded. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for absences where possible.

4. Scheduling & Changes

Mathathon reserves the right to reschedule classes due to public holidays, tutor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable notice will be provided in advance.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward the tutor and other students. Mathathon reserves the right to dismiss any student whose conduct is disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mathathon provides tuition services in good faith and does not guarantee specific academic results. Outcomes depend on individual student effort and engagement.
